Legal Panel Training
CASA Baltimore is excited to host another Legal Panel Training for our volunteers to learn about court hearings, the legal side of child welfare, and how to be the best possible CASA in court. Our fantastic speakers include:
-Jim Becker, Chief Counsel for Baltimore City Department of Social Services (DSS)
-Troy Hill, Magistrate for the Juvenile Division of Baltimore City's Circuit Court
-Joan Little, Chief Attorney, Maryland Legal Aid, Baltimore City Child Advocacy Unit
